3free-access kiosks in the Principality
Mareterra is a new district reclaimed from the sea, designed as an extension of Monaco’s coastline, from the Grimaldi Forum to the Formula 1 Grand Prix tunnel. A project transforming the Principality: to engage locals and help passers-by grasp the scope of the works, the project company was looking for a way to show both the city of the future and the city of the past.
Four immersive films
We produced four films: a historical film on the coastline’s past, an educational film on the worksite, a projection film showing the Principality once the development is complete, and an aerial film shot by drone.
Three kiosks in public space
These time journeys play in three free-access Timescope kiosks, 24/7: on Place Haute-Larvotto, near the worksite and by the Grimaldi Forum. They were inaugurated on 26 June 2021.
Nearly 7,000 journeys in six months
In the first six months of operation, nearly 7,000 time journeys were taken at the kiosks.
