Our principle: restraint

We chose a fast, privacy-friendly website. At launch, we use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. We collect only what is strictly necessary.

Audience measurement (cookieless)

To understand how our site is used, we use Umami, an audience-measurement tool that we self-host in Europe. Umami works without cookies, creates no advertising identifier, does not track you across other sites and does not store your IP address. The resulting statistics are anonymous and aggregated (page views, referrers, ticketing-button clicks, scroll depth). This anonymous measurement is based on our legitimate interest and, in line with the French data authority (CNIL) guidelines, is exempt from consent, which is why you see no cookie banner.

Forms and contact

When you write to us (at hello@timescope.com or via a contact link), we process the information you provide (email address, message) solely to answer your request. This data is not used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.

Ticket booking (Fever)

Booking and payment for our experiences are operated by the Fever platform. When you click a booking button, you are redirected to Fever, which processes your booking data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights at hello@timescope.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Future changes

When we launch advertising campaigns, we may use additional measurement tools (such as Google Analytics) that may set cookies. In that case, your consent will be requested beforehand via a dedicated banner (Consent Mode v2), and this page will be updated accordingly.
