A decade of time travel
The Timescope adventure began in 2015, driven by the vision of two founders, Basile Segalen and Adrien Sadaka: bringing History back to life on-site, through immersive technologies.
The genesis
Soon after, the duo was joined by Léo Laparra and Victor de Kiss. Victor was a pillar of our development; his talent, energy, and passion shaped the soul of Timescope, and his spirit continues to inspire us every day since his passing in 2024. Today, a passionate team carries this vision forward, co-led by our partner and Head of Production, Eléonore Létang-Dejoux.
excellence & cultural mastery
Our very first breakthrough? The Place de la Bastille. There, we installed our first immersive experience, allowing passersby to relive the storming of the prison on July 14, 1789. This marked the starting point of a decade of creations.
Over the past decade, Timescope has continually raised the standards of on-site cultural interpretation in Europe. Our expertise is built on an absolute mastery of the location and its past.
Proven expertise
We have delivered over 300 premium immersive projects to date. We position ourselves as the leading partner for the world's most prestigious monuments.
Trusted by iconic sites: The Arc de Triomphe, Élysée Palace, Berlin Television Tower, Montparnasse Tower, Château de Chambord, and Musée d’Orsay have all entrusted us with showcasing their heritage.
An international footprint: Our experiences are present across over 50 territories and dozens of cities - from Paris to London, including Berlin, Bruges, Warsaw, Rotterdam, and Lyon.
Our technological signature
We combine uncompromising historical accuracy with a proprietary library of over 10,000 historical 3D assets. Our production pipeline is designed to deliver premium visual quality for every project.
A major milestone
The year 2025 marks a major milestone for Timescope with the launch of our all-new proprietary format: The Origins of Paris. It represents a revolution in our business model, opening it up to the general public.
An open-air immersive experience
A large-scale journey along the banks of the Seine, transforming the entire city into an immense historical playground.
The "Binoculars" technology
Say goodbye to headsets that cut you off from the world. Our devices are worn comfortably around the neck and are only raised to the eyes at specific historical observation points. Users remain connected to their group and their surroundings. The experience amplifies reality instead of replacing it.
A new standard for the general public
A model designed for rapid deployment and seamless flow. With departures of 15-person groups every hour, Timescope now manages the end-to-end experience, guaranteeing visitors an unforgettable premium moment.
