Annual Support Program, optional but highly
recommended, provides your organization
with software maintenance upgrades, new releases at no additional charge, and
ongoing expert technical support via telephone,
fax, and email. This program is priced at an
annual fee equal to twenty-two and one-half percent (22.5%) of
the current software license pricing
value of your user base. The minimum
charge for annual support is
two-hundred and fifty dollars
($250). |
