Timesheet StylesTimesheet Styles control timesheet (and expense) layouts, time entry rules, overtime policy, approval policy, submittal policy, financial policy, email notification, and other properties.
Timesheet Style Administration. You define and maintain timesheet styles via the Properties command. A default style provided with TimeScope is designed to suit most implementations without adjustment. However, you can modify the default style if necessary, and you can create additional timesheet styles to suit the needs of different types of timekeepers or different organizations. You can change time and expense sheet properties at any time to meet changes in company policy.
Timesheet Style Assignment. Once you have defined timesheet styles, you assign them to employees via the Employees menu command. The timesheet style setting is maintained on the timesheet tab of the employee form. You can change an employee's timesheet style at any time.
